Classes & Workshops

At Fitness Options, group fitness classes are designed to work hand-in-hand with your personal training program. Classes are an affordable way to build your overall core strength and flexibility, and an excellent balance to the focused time you spend with your Personal Trainer. Periodic workshops for nutrition and athletic performance are also offered.

Classes are kept small enough so you can still receive personal attention. Our classes are scheduled to fit the busy lifestyles of our clients, starting at 5:45 in the morning.

Spinning®

Ideal For Beginners

This class will focus on recovery/ fat burning rides which makes it perfectly paced for beginners. Learn proper hand positioning and technique.

Spinning® for All Levels

Take a journey, challenge yourself, or simply get lost in the music while getting a great cardio workout. With a ten-person maximum, our classes are great for newcomers or seasoned riders. We encourage clients to stay within their training zone, and we will help you monitor your heart rate to ensure a positive experience. Spinning classes are especially recommended for those on a nutrition/weight loss program. Afterwork Special

This membership gives you access to our facility at an affordable price. With this membership, you can exercise in a beautiful, non-intimidating setting. Weekdays noon-8pm, Saturday's 7am-noon and Sunday's 2-5pm. Your memebership will begin with a free introduction to Fitness Options services and facilities by one of our Certified Personal Trainers.

Center of Power-Core Strength

This unique class is designed for anyone who wants to use the core and abdominal muscles more efficiently and effectively. The program is designed for the participant to gain overall strength and power. It will improve muscle function in the back, hips and shoulders. Our instructor Andrea O'Connor, will also provide instruction in Gyrotonic exercise and yoga poses related to core muscles. Pre-registration is required.

Workout Express

Join Personal Trainer Anthony Frank in this class for folks who need to get it all in before the sun comes up. Strengthening for the entire body using bands, balls and free weights. This class has plenty of energy to start your day.

Yoga

Gentle Yoga

Start your yoga practice at a more moderate pace. This class is designed with plenty of instruction and guidance. A great way to learn all the benefits of a regular yoga practice.

Yoga Ball

Yoga Ball with instructor Pam Bartlett. This workout shows a variety of yoga-based poses using a stability ball to provide support in helping improve balance and flexibility. Working with a ball is a great way to get extra support for moves that require endurance and flexibility. All levels welcome
