Complementary Care™

Fitness Options offers personalized programs that will complement medical treatment or preventive care to help you on your path to health and well-being. In partnership with you and your healthcare provider, we will work with you to develop a fitness and/or nutritional program to help prevent chronic conditions or be part of the treatment for existing conditions. Because everyone needs help on the path to success.

The Fitness Options professional staff is uniquely qualified to provide personalized, high quality, one-on-one service to help you improve your health through fitness. Owner, Paulette Thabault, RNP worked in primary care for many years at Massachusetts General Hospital in Adult Medicine and Women's Health, working with individuals struggling with obesity as well as managing diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and menopause. Her many professional and fitness accomplishments include: an M.S. in Nursing; J.D., New England School of Law; formerly co-owner of Home Instead Senior Care, S. Burlington, VT; and former Vermont Deputy Commissioner of Health Care Administration. Fitness accomplishments include four marathons, two triathlons, recently placed in the NPC Eastern USA Bodybuilding Championship; certification in Spinning Instruction and Personal Training. Paulette and her staff of certified personal trainers and fitness instructors Carol Bennett, Anthony Frank, Phoenix Gassaway and Cat Earisman are ready to help you on our path to fitness and well-being.
