Personal Training - A

One on one assistance from a certified personal trainer giving you the tools and education you need to reach your fitness goals. Each 55-minute session is designed with you in mind. Your workouts will be fun and challenging!

Intro to Personal Training

If you are not sure if personal training is for you, try a one time introductory package. You will learn the fundamentals of fitness and exercise and be able to evaluate how personal training can help you meet your fitness goals.

Small Group training is available for groups of two or three individuals of similar fitness levels that would enjoy sharing the training session.

In-Home Fitness Program

Your personal trainer will visit your home to establish a fitness program based on your fitness goals. Using the same client data base that considers your health needs and fitness goals, the personal trainer teaches you the proper mechanics and performance of each exercise. You will have a program to follow until the next follow-up visit 4-6 weeks late

Online Personal Training

Fitness Options offers three online programs. You will receive your workout from your Personal Trainer online and can correspond with your trainer by email. Nutrition guidance also included. These programs are excellent options for individuals who have there own home gym, or for those who travel, or for those who live or work outside of the Fitness Options area. Nutritional Guidance

Learn the facts, not the hype on diets. Add 30 minutes of nutrition education to your program. Your personal trainer will help you understand how your diet works with your fitness program to help you reach your goals.

Strength and Conditioning Classes

Yoga, Pilates, Spinning® and Strength/Conditioning classes may be just the thing to keep your fitness program interesting and challenging.

Classes only help your program if you attend regularly; punch cards expire 6 months from date of purchase; when you turn in your expired card for a new one the next class is FREE.

Personal training sessions are designed for success in reaching your goals – this means regular exercise every week – packages are designed with regular training in mind so must be used within four months from date of purchase. Convenient monthly payment options are available. Longer term packages are also available.
