Fitness Options offers personalized training to help you achieve your goals, including weight loss, strengthening, athletic training and health related Complementary Care™.

Based on your one-on-one fitness and nutrition evaluation, your chosen Personal Trainer will develop a custom fitness program tailored specifically for you, your desired goals and current health needs. This personalized program will be designed to work within your lifestyle and schedule.

During your scheduled training sessions, your Trainer will work with you, providing just the right amount of guidance and support to help you achieve your goals. Our certified trainers have the expertise and experience to help keep your workouts challenging, effective, safe and fun.

Nutritional guidance may be integrated into your fitness program if desired. Nutritional counseling includes the facts on dieting – not the hype – assistance with meal planning, recipes, portion control and more.

Exercising your Options

The Fitness Options space provides a non-intimidating, open studio setting. State-of-the-art fitness equipment guarantees a productive workout. The separate weight, cardio, stretching and open Yoga and Pilates studios are naturally lit with scenic views of the Green Mountains.

To augment your one-on-one sessions with your Personal Trainer, Fitness Options offers a variety of instructor led classes throughout the week, as well as additional studio use for "on your own" workouts.
