Jessica has been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. She's assisted in club management, managed personal training departments and has trained in various settings. Jessica also has a strong background in dance. She choreographs routines, provides curriculum and strength workouts for dancers throughout Vermont.
Jessica's experience has taught her that continuous program development, client interaction, and club enhancement is essential to the success of any fitness enterprise. From injuries, knee/hip/shoulder replacements, strength training or just simply wanting to lose weight, she has had the joy of it all! She loves seeing the results in her clients' faces whatever their goals!
