TRX for Golf

A six-week pre-season series offered at Fitness Options Personal Training Studio Mondays at 6 p.m. with Kayla:

April 6, 13, 20, 27 and May 4, 11

 

Elevate your Golf Training Workouts with TRX Suspension Training and improve your performance by:

TRX trains you to move as one fluid, inter-connected unit, focusing your movement for maximum impact to keep you driving strong even on the back nine.
