Small Group Training
In addition to one-on-one training, the studio also offers small group personal training (up to 4 people). Small group training a great program for those who want to work with a trainer to see maximum results, but are looking for a more affordable option than one-on-one. As a health care provider, you know that modifying lifestyle in the areas of exercise and nutrition are among the most important changes your patients can make to improve their health. In partnership with you, we will work with your patient to develop a fitness and/or nutritional program to help prevent chronic conditions or be part of the treatment for existing conditions. If desired, you will also have the opportunity for follow-up on your patient’s progress.
