SMALL GROUP FITNESS PROGRAMS
Fitness Options Personal Training Studio is proud to introduce Small Group Personal Training sessions:
Monday + Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.
and Fridays at 12:00 p.m.
Each session will be catered to your individual goals with verbal, visual, and hands-on instruction regardless of fitness level.
Limited to 6 participants, each 45-minute session will combine the accountability, fun, and community of a class setting with the personal, individualized coaching of a one-on-one session but at a lower, more affordable cost.

Whether it is through Small Group Training, one-on-one Personal Training on-site or virtual, or a combination of our offerings, Fitness Options offers a safe, non-intimidating, and effective solution for people at all levels of conditioning to feel, look and perform better than you ever thought possible.
Fitness Options has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you book a session or class and do not show or do not cancel in under 24 hours, you will be charged for the trainer's time. Thank you for your understanding.
