Unlike 2-on-1 Buddy Training, where you and a friend train together with a personal trainer, Small Group Training is a class-style format with up to 6 participants. Every session is designed and led by a certified personal trainer who provides verbal, visual, and hands-on coaching to ensure you’re moving safely and effectively—no matter your fitness experience.

​Cardio Kickboxing

Fridays, 12:00-12:45 p.m.

Led by Personal Trainer Paul Steinhagen

  • Up to 6 participants for personalized attention -- book early!

  • Kickboxing builds strength, balance, and confidence while improving endurance and coordination. It also helps relieve stress and burn calories. This 45-minute workout is designed to challenge all fitness levels

  • We provide all necessary equipment—just bring your energy and motivation!

  • Small Group Training takes place in our semi-private studio in South Burlington, Vermont, offering a welcoming and non-intimidating environment.

  • Every class is tailored to meet the individual fitness levels of participants. You’ll leave feeling accomplished and supported!

Cancellation Policy

Fitness Options has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you book a session and do not show or do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged for the trainer’s time. Thank you for your understanding.
