Catamount Physical Therapy, housed within Fitness Options, covers the clinical side of fitness and wellbeing.

 

Owner Shaun O'Connor, PT, CCTT, is a Board Certified Cervical & Temporomandibular Therapist offering various treatments. Aimee Hayes, MSPT, Cert. MDT, specializes in the treatment of back pain and is one of only a few certified McKenzie therapists in the state of Vermont.

We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service. We use MINDBODY to organize your personal training sessions, class passes and schedule for maximum efficiency and security.

 

Fitness Options Personal Training Studio has state-of-the-art locker rooms with soft, clean towels and other amenities so you can come in the morning or for your lunch break and return to work refreshed.

 

Bottles of water and a filtered bottle-filling station are on hand to stay hydrated.

NUTRITION COACHING

 

They say that the body is defined in the gym and refined in the kitchen. Fitness Options offers Nutrition Coaching via Precision Nutrition, a science-based nutrition program designed to help you eat right for your body type, activity level, and set smart goals.

 

Just as much as we believe in the benefits of the workout itself, we believe in refueling your body afterward with a nutritious snack or meal. For years, Fitness Options' tradition has been to have a bunch of bananas on hand to help replenish potassium to help sore muscles.
