Our studio also offers massage therapy through the Bodywork Studio and physical therapy with Catamount Physical Therapy, giving you complete support for recovery, injury prevention, and overall wellness.

Our Story
In 2014, longtime wellness professionals David Means and Shaun O’Connor took ownership of Fitness Options with a vision to create a different kind of personal training studio—one where every client feels supported, safe, and motivated to succeed.
With decades of combined experience, they understand that fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Many people walk through the door looking not just to get stronger, but to stay active, maintain independence, and feel confident in everyday life. That philosophy drives everything we do at Fitness Options.
Our certified trainers focus on smart, sustainable progress and accountability—because lasting results come from consistent support. That’s why our guiding principle has always been “Strength Thru Accountability.”
