Our studio facility, complete with sustainable shock-absorbing rubber floors to minimize joint impact, immaculate locker rooms, Catamount Physical Therapy, massage therapy, scenic mountain views and state-of-the-art equipment will help you get the most out of your work out and feel rejuvinated shortly after.
Fitness Options has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you book a session or class and do not show or do not cancel in under 24 hours, you will be charged for the trainer's time. Thank you for your understanding.

To augment your one-on-one sessions with your Personal Trainer, Fitness Options offers a variety of instructor-led classes throughout the week, as well as additional studio use for cardio workouts.
