Certified Personal Trainer
Massage Therapist
David is passionate about fitness and wellness. His approach to fitness training stems from his active lifestyle as a cyclist and cross-country skier, including completion of a 5000 mile solo bicycle tour across the U.S. and becoming a Worldloppet master skier (25+ ski marathons in 11 countries). David is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer and TRX instructor. A Mad Dogg certified 3-star spinning instructor for over 10 years, David is an admitted music geek and loves to create challenging, yet fun, profiles from his personal collection of over 3,000 CDs and LPs. While David believes in the importance and value of weight and cardiovascular training for his clients, he also incorporates a balanced, holistic, perspective having completed a 700-hour program to become a certified massage therapist at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2004.
